Ingredients

  • Fresh juice of 1 lime (about 2 tablespoons), plus 1 lime wedge
  • Fresh juice of 1 lemon (about 3 tablespoons), plus 1 lemon wedge
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • Pinch of kosher salt
  • Handful of mint leaves (about 3/4 cup), plus mint sprig for garnish
  • 3 oz soda water, chilled
  • Ice

Instructions

  1. In a pitcher, mix lime juice, lemon juice, sugar, and salt.
  2. Add mint leaves, lime wedge, and lemon wedge.
  3. Using a muddler or the back of a spoon, gently muddle the citrus and mint to release their flavors.
  4. Stir until the sugar dissolves.
  5. Chill the limeade until cold.
  6. Fill a glass with ice and pour the limeade over it.
  7. Top with chilled soda water.
  8. Garnish with a mint sprig.
