Ingredients
- 2 oz gin
- 1/2 oz lemon juice
- 1/2 oz orgeat
- 1 heaping tsp Greek yogurt
- 1 heaping tsp lemon curd
- 3 drops rose water
Instructions
- Crush 6 ice cubes in a blender until you achieve a mix of fine snow and small- to medium-sized ice bits.
- Add the gin, lemon juice, orgeat, Greek yogurt, and lemon curd to the blender with the crushed ice, blend briefly.
