Ingredients

  • 2 oz Bacardi rum
  • 1/2 cup fresh pineapple, cubed
  • 1/2 cup fresh or frozen mango
  • 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup crushed ice
  • 1/8 cup water
  • pineapple wedge for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cut the pineapple into wedges, reserving one with the skin still on for decorative purposes.
  2. Remove the skin of the pineapple and slice until you have 1/2 cup.
  3. Place the ice in a blender and crush it.
  4. Add the crushed ice, pineapple, mango, Bacardi rum, lemon juice, and water to the blender.
  5. Blend the ingredients until smooth and thick, creating the mango daiquiri cocktail.
  6. Pour the cocktail into a glass and garnish with a pineapple wedge.
