Tropical Sunshine Daiquiri

Ingredients
- 2 oz Bacardi rum
- 1/2 cup fresh pineapple, cubed
- 1/2 cup fresh or frozen mango
- 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 cup crushed ice
- 1/8 cup water
- pineapple wedge for garnish
Instructions
- Cut the pineapple into wedges, reserving one with the skin still on for decorative purposes.
- Remove the skin of the pineapple and slice until you have 1/2 cup.
- Place the ice in a blender and crush it.
- Add the crushed ice, pineapple, mango, Bacardi rum, lemon juice, and water to the blender.
- Blend the ingredients until smooth and thick, creating the mango daiquiri cocktail.
- Pour the cocktail into a glass and garnish with a pineapple wedge.
