Tropical Lychee Milk Punch
A refreshing and tropical milk punch cocktail with Aquavit, lambanog, coconut milk, and lychee syrup, offering a delightful blend of flavors in every sip.
Ingredients
- 1.50 oz lambanog, preferably Infanta
- 1 oz Aquavit, preferably Ahus
- 3/4 oz lychee syrup
- 0.50 oz lime juice
- 0.90 oz full-fat coconut milk
Instructions
- Combine lambanog, Aquavit, lychee syrup, and lime juice in a mixing glass.
- In a separate container, pour the coconut milk, then add the cocktail mixture, and stir well. Let it rest for 30 minutes.
- Line a large chinois with a clean kitchen napkin and set it inside a large container. Slowly pour the mixture through the chinois, in batches if needed, for straining.
- Pour the clarified cocktail into a reusable bottle and refrigerate.
- When ready to serve, pour 3 ounces of the mixture into a mixing glass with ice, and strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube.
- Garnish with a spritz of pinipig tincture and an orchid.
