Ingredients

  • 2 oz Rhum J.M agricole blanc
  • 1/2 oz Licor 43
  • 3/4 oz lime juice
  • 2 dashes Angostura bitters
  • 2 oz guava soda
  • Garnish: mint sprig, cinnamon stick, surfsidesips straw

Instructions

  1. Fill a glass with ice and pour in the guava soda.
  2. In a shaker with ice, combine the rhum agricole, Licor 43, lime juice, and Angostura bitters. Shake well.
  3. Strain the mixture into the glass over the guava soda and ice.
  4. Top with more ice and add the garnish.
  5. Optionally, light the cinnamon stick for an impressive presentation.
