Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup coconut water
  • 1/8 cup tequila
  • 1/8 cup fresh lime juice
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons triple sec
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons sweetened cream of coconut
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • Pinch of kosher salt
  • Lime wedges for garnish

Instructions

  1. Pour coconut water into a small, shallow plastic container or ice-cube tray and freeze until solid, for about 4 to 5 hours.
  2. Place the frozen coconut water in a blender.
  3. Add tequila, lime juice, triple sec, sweetened cream of coconut, ice, and salt into the blender.
  4. Process until smooth, for about 30 seconds.
  5. Pour the mixture into a frozen rocks glass.
  6. Garnish with lime wedges if desired.
