Ingredients
- 2 oz gin
- 1/2 oz lemon juice
- 1/2 oz orgeat (almond syrup)
- 1 heaping tsp Greek yogurt
- 1 heaping tsp lemon curd
- 3 drops rose water
Instructions
- Crush 6 ice cubes in a blender until you get a mix of fine snow and small- to medium-sized bits.
- Add the gin, lemon juice, orgeat, Greek yogurt, and lemon curd to the blender. Blend briefly.
- Pour the mixture into a coupe glass.
- Top with 3 drops of rose water.
- Serve immediately and enjoy the frothy, textured cocktail.
