Ingredients

  • 2 oz gin
  • 1/2 oz lemon juice
  • 1/2 oz orgeat (almond syrup)
  • 1 heaping tsp Greek yogurt
  • 1 heaping tsp lemon curd
  • 3 drops rose water

Instructions

  1. Crush 6 ice cubes in a blender until you get a mix of fine snow and small- to medium-sized bits.
  2. Add the gin, lemon juice, orgeat, Greek yogurt, and lemon curd to the blender. Blend briefly.
  3. Pour the mixture into a coupe glass.
  4. Top with 3 drops of rose water.
  5. Serve immediately and enjoy the frothy, textured cocktail.
