Summer Raspberry Refresher

This upgraded version of a classic New Orleans cocktail offers a more balanced and refreshing take on the original, which was known for its excessive sweetness. The raspberry shrub, made with fresh raspberries, sugar, and vinegar, adds a tangy and fruity twist, while the bas-armagnac brings a rich depth to the drink. Topped with soda water and served over ice, this cocktail is perfect for sipping on a hot summer day.
