- 1/4 cup hulled, chopped strawberries
- 2 tablespoons water
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 large basil leaf
- 1/4 cup gin
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- Club soda
- Whole strawberries, for garnish
- Lemon slices, for garnish

Instructions
- In a small saucepan, heat chopped strawberries, water, sugar, and basil leaf over high heat until it boils.
