Ingredients
- 4 cups Traders Point Creamery eggnog
- 1 oz Captain Morgan's 100-proof spiced rum
- 1 oz Kahlua
- 2 oz Wild Turkey Kentucky bourbon
- 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- Pinch of ground cinnamon
- Pinch of ground cloves
- Pinch of ground nutmeg
- Fair Trade Demerara sugar, to coat the rim of each glass
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the eggnog, spiced rum, Kahlua, bourbon, and vanilla.
- In a small dish, mix together equal amounts of ground cinnamon, cloves, and nutmeg. Add 1/4 teaspoon of the spice mix to the eggnog mixture, reserving the rest for later.
- Pulse the blender for a few seconds to blend the ingredients.
- Pour Demerara sugar onto a small, flat plate. Moisten the rim of each glass with a little eggnog, then dip the rim into the sugar.
- Carefully pour the eggnog mixture into each glass and sprinkle a little of the reserved spice mix over the top of each. Serve immediately.
