Ingredients

  • 3 oz. ginger ale, chilled
  • 2 oz. pineapple juice, chilled
  • 2.50 oz. white grape juice, chilled

Instructions

  1. In a ring-shaped cake pan, pour in 1/2 of the ginger ale and freeze until partially frozen.
  2. Optionally, place edible flowers or pieces of fruit around the partially frozen ring.
  3. Fill the pan with remaining ginger ale and freeze until solid.
  4. Just before serving, place the ice ring in a punch bowl.
  5. In a large punch bowl, combine the remaining ginger ale, pineapple juice, and white grape juice.
