Ingredients
- 3 oz. ginger ale, chilled
- 2 oz. pineapple juice, chilled
- 2.50 oz. white grape juice, chilled
Instructions
- In a ring-shaped cake pan, pour in 1/2 of the ginger ale and freeze until partially frozen.
- Optionally, place edible flowers or pieces of fruit around the partially frozen ring.
- Fill the pan with remaining ginger ale and freeze until solid.
- Just before serving, place the ice ring in a punch bowl.
- In a large punch bowl, combine the remaining ginger ale, pineapple juice, and white grape juice.
