Ingredients

  • 2 oz Aviation American gin
  • 1 oz lemon juice
  • 0.75 oz hibiscus simple syrup
  • 1 egg white
  • Candied hibiscus flowers for garnish

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients into a cocktail shaker.
  2. Shake vigorously without ice for 30 seconds (dry shake).
  3. Add a scoop of ice to the shaker and shake for an additional 20 seconds.
  4. Strain the cocktail into a coupe glass using a cocktail strainer.
  5. Allow the cocktail to settle for 10 seconds.
