Ingredients
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 fresh rosemary sprig (plus more for garnish)
- 1 cup pomegranate juice
- 1/4 cup gluten-free vodka
- 1 cup soda water (or champagne)
- Ice
Instructions
- In a small saucepan on the stove over medium heat, combine 1/4 cup of honey, 1/4 cup of water, and 1 whole sprig of fresh rosemary.
- Once the mixture begins to bubble, reduce the heat to low and cook for 1-2 minutes, stirring occasionally. Set it aside to cool.
- In a large pitcher, place 1 cup of ice cubes, 1 cup of pomegranate juice, 1/4 cup of vodka, and 1 cup of soda water.
- Remove the rosemary sprig from the simple syrup and add the syrup to the pitcher. Stir to combine.
- Optionally, garnish with a sprig of rosemary when serving.
