Ingredients

  • 1.50 oz H by Hine Cognac
  • 2/3 oz Antica Formula Vermouth
  • 1/4 White Flesh Peach (Slightly chopped)
  • 1/4 oz Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
  • 3 dashes Angostura Bitters
  • 1.50 oz Oatmeal-infused Milk
  • 1 Brown Sugar Cube
  • 1 Spoon of Wet Oatmeal
  • Pinch of Cinnamon Powder
  • 1 Egg White

Instructions

  1. In a shaker, muddle sugar cube, bitters, and peach slices to a pulp.
  2. Add Cognac, Vermouth, lemon juice, oatmeal milk, wet oatmeal, and egg white. Dry-shake the mixture.
  3. Add ice to the shaker and shake vigorously until cold.
  4. Double strain the mixture into a coupe glass.
  5. Sprinkle cinnamon powder over the top and garnish with a white flesh peach flower if desired.
