A unique and flavorful cocktail featuring H by Hine Cognac, oatmeal-infused milk, white flesh peaches, and a touch of citrus, topped with a hint of cinnamon.
Ingredients
- 1.50 oz H by Hine Cognac
- 2/3 oz Antica Formula Vermouth
- 1/4 White Flesh Peach (Slightly chopped)
- 1/4 oz Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
- 3 dashes Angostura Bitters
- 1.50 oz Oatmeal-infused Milk
- 1 Brown Sugar Cube
- 1 Spoon of Wet Oatmeal
- Pinch of Cinnamon Powder
- 1 Egg White
Instructions
- In a shaker, muddle sugar cube, bitters, and peach slices to a pulp.
- Add Cognac, Vermouth, lemon juice, oatmeal milk, wet oatmeal, and egg white. Dry-shake the mixture.
- Add ice to the shaker and shake vigorously until cold.
- Double strain the mixture into a coupe glass.
- Sprinkle cinnamon powder over the top and garnish with a white flesh peach flower if desired.
