Ingredients

  • 2 oz Alizé Peach
  • 1 cup frozen peach slices
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • 6 oz chilled champagne (or sparkling wine)
  • 1 tablespoon grenadine

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine Alizé Peach, frozen peaches, powdered sugar, and ice. Blend until smooth, adding some of the champagne if additional liquid is needed.
  2. Stir in the remaining champagne.
  3. Pour half of the peach mixture into a glass. Add half of the grenadine to the glass. Top with the remaining peach mixture.
  4. Garnish and serve.
