Ingredients

  • 0.50 oz Galliano
  • 0.50 oz Lime juice
  • 0.50 oz Lemon juice
  • 1 Egg
  • 0.50 oz Elderflower Liqueur
  • Dash Peychaud's Aromatic Bitters
  • 2 oz Akvavit

Instructions

  1. In a cocktail shaker, dry shake all the ingredients except the Peychaud's bitters (shake without ice).
  2. Add ice to the shaker, then shake the mixture vigorously.
  3. Fine strain the cocktail into a glass.
  4. Add a few drops of Peychaud's bitters on top before serving.
