Ingredients

  • 0.50 oz Irish Cream
  • 0.50 oz Kahlua
  • 0.50 oz Peppermint Schnapps or Creme de Menthe
  • 1 Thin Mint (optional garnish)
  • Ice

Instructions

  1. Crush a thin mint and spread it on a saucer for rimming the shot glass.
  2. Wet the rim of the shot glass with an ice cube, then dip it into the cookie crumbles to coat the rim.
  3. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
  4. Measure 0.5 oz Irish cream and pour it into the shaker.
  5. Measure 0.5 oz Kahlua and add it to the shaker.
  6. Measure 0.5 oz Peppermint Schnapps or Creme de Menthe and pour it into the shaker.
  7. Shake the ingredients for about 20 seconds until the shaker feels cold to the touch.
  8. Remove the shaker lid and place a strainer on top.
  9. Pour the mixture into the prepared shot glass.
