Ingredients

  • 1/4 teaspoon matcha powder
  • 1 tablespoon hot water (175degF)
  • 2 oz gin
  • 1 oz lemon juice
  • 2 oz simple syrup
  • 1 egg white

Instructions

  1. Whisk matcha: In a small bowl, whisk together the matcha powder with hot water until no clumps remain.
  2. Dry shake: Add gin, lemon juice, simple syrup, matcha, and egg white to a shaker. Close and dry shake (without ice) vigorously for 1 minute until frothy.
  3. Wet shake: Add ice and shake again until chilled. Strain into a cocktail glass and shake out the frothy egg white.
  4. Garnish: Dust with matcha powder and enjoy!
