Ingredients

- 1/2 cup plain or natural yogurt (light or regular but no-sugar added)
- 1/4 cup milk (full cream or light)
- Pinch of ground cardamom
- 1 1/2 oz white rum (omit for non-alcoholic)
- 1/2 oz orange liqueur (omit for non-alcoholic)
- Sugar (optional, to taste)
- Ground cardamom
- Saffron chili threads
Instructions
- Combine the Alphonso mango pulp, yogurt, milk, ground cardamom, white rum, and orange liqueur in a blender.
