Ingredients
- 1/2 cup canned Alphonso mango pulp (sweetened)
- 1/2 cup plain or natural yogurt (no-sugar added)
- 1/4 cup milk (full cream or light)
- Pinch of ground cardamom
- 1 1/2 oz white rum (omit for non-alcoholic)
- 1/2 oz orange liqueur (omit for non-alcoholic)
- Sugar (optional, to taste)
- Pinch of ground cardamom
- Saffron chili threads
- Ice
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the Alphonso mango pulp, yogurt, milk, ground cardamom, white rum, and orange liqueur.
- Blend for 20 seconds, then taste and adjust sweetness with sugar if desired.
- If the mixture is too thick, add a little more milk and blend for another 10 seconds.
- Serve the Mango Lassi Cocktail over ice or blend in some ice for extra chill.
- Garnish with a sprinkle of cardamom and saffron chili threads.
