Guava Spice Margarita Punch
A delightful and fruity guava margarita punch with a hint of peppery spice, perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 tablespoons pink peppercorns
- 1 1/2 teaspoons coarse salt
- 1 1/2 oz guava nectar
- 1/2 oz lime juice
- 3/4 oz dry curaçao
- A couple of dashes Peychaud's Bitters
- 1 1/2 oz reposado tequila
- Pink peppercorns for garnish
Instructions
- Crush the pink peppercorns in a spice grinder and mix them with coarse salt.
- Rub the rim of a rocks-style glass with a lime wedge and dip it in the peppercorn salt. Fill the glass with ice.
- In a shaker, mix the guava nectar, lime juice, dry curaçao, Peychaud's Bitters, and tequila with ice.
- Strain the mixture into the prepared glass.
- Float a few pink peppercorns on top and serve immediately.
