Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 tablespoons pink peppercorns
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons coarse salt
  • 1 1/2 oz guava nectar
  • 1/2 oz lime juice
  • 3/4 oz dry curaçao
  • A couple of dashes Peychaud's Bitters
  • 1 1/2 oz reposado tequila
  • Pink peppercorns for garnish

Instructions

  1. Crush the pink peppercorns in a spice grinder and mix them with coarse salt.
  2. Rub the rim of a rocks-style glass with a lime wedge and dip it in the peppercorn salt. Fill the glass with ice.
  3. In a shaker, mix the guava nectar, lime juice, dry curaçao, Peychaud's Bitters, and tequila with ice.
  4. Strain the mixture into the prepared glass.
  5. Float a few pink peppercorns on top and serve immediately.
