Gaston's Delight
A sweet and creamy concoction featuring mango and passionfruit juices, topped with whipped cream and cherries.
Ingredients
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 4 oz mango juice
- 2 oz passionfruit juice
- 6 tbsp sugar
- 1 cup frozen apple juice
- 1/2 cup cold water
- 2 oz Torani toasted marshmallow syrup
- 2 cups ice
- 2 tbsp maraschino cherry juice (optional)
- 3 maraschino cherries for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine heavy whipping cream, mango juice, passionfruit juice, and sugar. Use a hand mixer to whip the mixture into a creamy texture. Refrigerate until ready to use.
- In a blender, combine frozen apple juice, cold water, mango juice, toasted marshmallow syrup, and ice. Blend until thick and smooth.
- For added flair, blend in maraschino cherry juice if desired.
- Pour the mixture into a mug, and top with the previously whipped cream. Add maraschino cherries for garnish.
