Ingredients

  • 1 3/4 oz. Seedlip Garden 108
  • 1 1/4 oz. Cloudy Apple Juice
  • 1 tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1 tsp Cider Vinegar
  • 2 tsp Sugar Syrup
  • 1 Egg White
  • 1 Rosemary Sprig
  • 1 Thyme Sprig
  • Ice Cubes

Instructions

  1. Combine Seedlip Garden 108, cloudy apple juice, fresh lemon juice, cider vinegar, sugar syrup, and egg white in a shaker with ice.
  2. Shake well to mix and chill the ingredients.
  3. Double strain the mixture into a coupe glass.
  4. Garnish with a rosemary sprig.
