  • 1.20 oz Cloudy Apple Juice
  • 1 tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1 tsp Cider Vinegar
  • 1 sprig Rosemary
  • 1 sprig Thyme
  • 2 tsp Sugar Syrup
  • 1 Egg White
  • Ice (cubed)
  • Garnish: Rosemary
  • Glass: Coupe

Instructions
