Ingredients

  • 1 oz Absinthe
  • 0.50 oz Aquavit
  • 0.75 oz Lime Juice
  • 0.50 oz Apricot Brandy
  • 0.50 oz Simple Syrup
  • 1 dash Orange Bitters
  • 1 star anise pod (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients except the star anise in a shaker tin filled with ice.
  2. Shake well.
  3. Strain the mixture into a coupe glass.
