Ingredients

  • 1 lime wedge
  • Pinch of coarse salt or coarse sugar
  • 1.50 oz frozen limeade concentrate
  • 3 oz orange juice
  • 2.50 oz unsweetened grapefruit juice
  • 5 to 6 small ice cubes
  • Lemon or lime slice for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. If desired, rub the rim of a margarita glass with the lime wedge.
  2. Dip the rim into a shallow dish of coarse salt or sugar and shake off excess. Set aside.
  3. In a blender, combine the frozen limeade concentrate, orange juice, and grapefruit juice.
  4. Cover and blend until smooth.
  5. With the blender running, gradually add the ice cubes through the hole in the lid, blending until slushy.
  6. Pour into the prepared margarita glass.
  7. If desired, garnish with a slice of lemon or lime.
