Ingredients
- 1 1/2 teaspoons GOYA(r) Organic Blue Agave
- 1 tablespoon toasted shredded coconut
- 1 cup ice
- 1/4 cup GOYA(r) Coconut Milk
- 1/4 cup GOYA(r) Cream of Coconut
- 1/4 cup GOYA(r) Evaporated Milk
- 2 tablespoons GOYA(r) Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 2 oz dark rum or white rum
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of ground nutmeg
- Pinch of ground cinnamon (optional)
Instructions
- In a shallow dish, combine 1 1/2 teaspoons of agave with 1 1/2 teaspoons of water. In another dish, place the toasted coconut. Wet the rim of a cocktail glass with the agave mixture, then dip it in the toasted coconut. Let it stand for 10 minutes.
- In a blender, combine ice, coconut milk, cream of coconut, evaporated milk, sweetened condensed milk, rum, vanilla, and nutmeg. Blend until smooth, frothy, and creamy.
- Pour the cocktail into the coconut-rimmed glass, sprinkle with cinnamon if desired, and serve.
