Ingredients

  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 tablespoons white rum
  • 1 tablespoon coconut-flavored rum
  • 2.20 oz coconut milk
  • Sparkling water
  • 1 sprig of peppermint
  • 10 pomegranate seeds
  • 1 teaspoon grated coconut

Instructions

  1. In a glass, mix the lime juice with the sugar until well combined.
  2. Add ice to fill half the glass.
  3. In a shaker, combine the white rum and coconut milk. Shake well.
  4. Pour the rum and coconut milk mixture into the glass.
  5. Top up with sparkling water.
