Ingredients
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 2 tablespoons white rum
- 1 tablespoon coconut-flavored rum
- 2.20 oz coconut milk
- Sparkling water
- 1 sprig of peppermint
- 10 pomegranate seeds
- 1 teaspoon grated coconut
Instructions
- In a glass, mix the lime juice with the sugar until well combined.
- Add ice to fill half the glass.
- In a shaker, combine the white rum and coconut milk. Shake well.
- Pour the rum and coconut milk mixture into the glass.
