Ingredients

  • 8 Mint Leaves
  • 1/2 oz Lime Juice (fresh-squeezed if possible)
  • 1 oz Simple Syrup
  • 1 oz Cranberry Juice
  • 1 1/2 oz White Rum
  • 1 oz PAMA Pomegranate Liqueur
  • Soda Water
  • Crushed Ice
  • Pomegranate arils
  • Lime wedges for garnish

Instructions

  1. Place mint leaves and a few pomegranate arils into the bottom of the mojito glass.
  2. Use a muddler or the handle of a spoon to muddle and release the flavors of the mint and pomegranate seeds.
  3. Pour in the cranberry juice, lime juice, and simple syrup, then fill the glass with ice.
  4. Add white rum and Pomegranate Liqueur, and stir.
  5. Top with club soda and garnish with mint, lime, and pomegranate arils.
