Ingredients
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon half-and-half
- Nonpareil sprinkles
- 1 1/2 oz vanilla vodka
- 1 1/2 oz Irish cream liqueur, such as Bailey's
- 1 oz butterscotch schnapps
- 1 oz half-and-half
- Ice
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix the powdered sugar and half-and-half to make the icing.
- Dip the rim of a coupe glass into the icing and then into the sprinkles. Repeat for a frosted rim effect.
- Chill the glasses in the refrigerator until ready to use.
- In a cocktail shaker, combine the vanilla vodka, Irish cream liqueur, butterscotch schnapps, half-and-half, and ice.
- Cover the shaker and shake vigorously for 10 to 20 seconds.
