Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon half-and-half
  • Nonpareil sprinkles
  • 1 1/2 oz vanilla vodka
  • 1 1/2 oz Irish cream liqueur, such as Bailey's
  • 1 oz butterscotch schnapps
  • 1 oz half-and-half
  • Ice

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix the powdered sugar and half-and-half to make the icing.
  2. Dip the rim of a coupe glass into the icing and then into the sprinkles. Repeat for a frosted rim effect.
  3. Chill the glasses in the refrigerator until ready to use.
  4. In a cocktail shaker, combine the vanilla vodka, Irish cream liqueur, butterscotch schnapps, half-and-half, and ice.
  5. Cover the shaker and shake vigorously for 10 to 20 seconds.
