Ingredients
- 1/4 cup cranberries, fresh or frozen
- 2 tbsp coconut sugar (can substitute with low carb sweetener)
- 2 tbsp water
- 1 rosemary twig
- Sparkling water
- 2 tbsp cranberry juice
- 1/2 oz cranberry rosemary syrup
- 1/2 oz pure orange juice (can substitute with lemon juice)
- 1 rosemary twig for garnish
- Ice cubes
Instructions
- In a medium saucepan, combine cranberries, coconut sugar, water, and rosemary.
- Bring the mixture to a mild simmer, stirring occasionally, and cook for 7 minutes until the cranberries have popped and the sugar has dissolved.
- Strain the syrup through a fine-mesh sieve, discarding the solids.
- In a pitcher, stir together cranberry rosemary syrup, cranberry juice, and orange juice.
- Place a few ice cubes in a glass and pour the cranberry mixture equally into 1 serving glass.
- Fill the glass with sparkling water.
- Garnish with fresh rosemary and cranberries. Serve immediately.
