Ingredients

  • 1 1/6 oz Rye Whiskey
  • 5/6 oz Nardini Amaro
  • 1 Tbsp Espresso Syrup (made with 1 part Stumptown Espresso and 1 part Turbinado Sugar)
  • Coconut Milk/Molé Foam
  • Cinnamon and Mace for dusting

Instructions

  1. In a mixing glass, combine rye whiskey, Nardini Amaro, and espresso syrup.
  2. Add ice cubes and stir briefly for 15-20 seconds to chill.
  3. Pour the mixture into an espresso cup.
  4. Top with coconut foam and dust with cinnamon and mace.
  5. Enjoy neat or pre-make and bottle the rye, amaro, and espresso mix for later use.
