Ingredients
- 1 1/6 oz Rye Whiskey
- 5/6 oz Nardini Amaro
- 1 Tbsp Espresso Syrup (made with 1 part Stumptown Espresso and 1 part Turbinado Sugar)
- Coconut Milk/Molé Foam
- Cinnamon and Mace for dusting
Instructions
- In a mixing glass, combine rye whiskey, Nardini Amaro, and espresso syrup.
- Add ice cubes and stir briefly for 15-20 seconds to chill.
- Pour the mixture into an espresso cup.
- Top with coconut foam and dust with cinnamon and mace.
- Enjoy neat or pre-make and bottle the rye, amaro, and espresso mix for later use.
