Ingredients

  • 1 Banana
  • 2 oz Dark Rum
  • 2 oz Pineapple Juice
  • 1/2 oz Kahula
  • 1/2 oz Banana Liqueur
  • 1/2 oz Cream of Coconut
  • 12 oz ice
  • Whipped cream
  • Maraschino Cherry

Instructions

  1. Peel and cut the banana into 4 or 5 chunks.
  2. In a blender, combine the dark rum, pineapple juice, Kahula, banana liqueur, cream of coconut, and the cut banana.
  3. Add the ice to the blender.
  4. Blend the ingredients until smooth and combined.
  5. Pour the mixture into a hurricane glass.
  6. Top with a dollop of whipped cream.
  7. Garnish with a maraschino cherry.
