Ingredients
- 1/2 cup dairy-free condensed milk
- 1/2 cup whisky (Jameson's Whisky recommended)
- 1/2 cup dairy-free milk
- 1/2 cup dairy-free cream or alternative milk for a less creamy version
- 1 tablespoon chocolate sauce (dairy-free)
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon instant coffee (mixed with a little water to form a paste)
Instructions
- In a cup or small jug, mix the chocolate sauce, vanilla extract, and instant coffee until the coffee has dissolved.
- Transfer the mixture to a blender along with the condensed 'milk' and other ingredients.
- Blend until smooth, being careful not to over blend.
- Pour the liqueur into a 1-liter container and chill in the fridge.
- To serve, shake the bottle and pour over ice or add to a hot beverage for a touch of luxury.
