Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons Cointreau (or other orange liqueur)
  • 4 tablespoons 100% cranberry juice (unsweetened)
  • 6-8 tablespoons champagne or sparkling wine
  • 1 sprig of rosemary
  • Fresh cranberries
  • Lime wedge

Instructions

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
  2. Add the Cointreau and cranberry juice to the shaker.
  3. Shake for 10-15 seconds until the mixture is cold.
  4. Strain the mix into a champagne flute.
  5. Top off the flute with champagne or sparkling wine.
  6. Garnish with a sprig of rosemary, fresh cranberries, and a lime wedge.
