Ingredients
- 1/8 cup water
- 2 oz sweetened condensed milk
- 1/4 cup Bacardi rum (light, white)
- 2 oz cream of coconut (Coco Lopez)
- 2 oz coconut milk
- Pinch of salt
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- A sprinkle of cinnamon for garnish
Instructions
- In a blender, combine water, sweetened condensed milk, rum, and vanilla.
- Slowly add the cream of coconut and coconut milk up to the 1-cup mark.
- Secure the lid and blend gently until smooth.
- Chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours before serving.
- Shake vigorously before pouring into a glass.
