Ingredients

  • 1/8 cup water
  • 2 oz sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup Bacardi rum (light, white)
  • 2 oz cream of coconut (Coco Lopez)
  • 2 oz coconut milk
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • A sprinkle of cinnamon for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine water, sweetened condensed milk, rum, and vanilla.
  2. Slowly add the cream of coconut and coconut milk up to the 1-cup mark.
  3. Secure the lid and blend gently until smooth.
  4. Chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours before serving.
  5. Shake vigorously before pouring into a glass.
