Ingredients

  • 1 oz Irish cream
  • 1 oz Butterscotch schnapps
  • 1 oz Dark chocolate liqueur
  • Caramel syrup
  • Cookie crumbs
  • Ice

Instructions

  1. Rim the edge of a shot glass with caramel syrup and muddled cookie crumbs.
  2. Set aside.
  3. In an ice-filled shaker, combine the butterscotch schnapps, dark chocolate liqueur, and Irish cream.
  4. Shake well.
  5. Strain the mix into the prepared glass and shoot.
