Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup cream of coconut (like Coco Lopez or Goya)
  • 1/2 cup evaporated milk
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 1/4 teaspoon grated nutmeg
  • 1 to 2 ounces rum
  • Grated nutmeg or ground cinnamon for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large saucepan, combine sweetened condensed milk, cream of coconut, evaporated milk, coconut milk, vanilla extract, cinnamon stick, and grated nutmeg.
  2. Warm the mixture over medium-high heat until just starting to simmer, then remove from heat, cover, and let infuse for 30 minutes.
  3. Remove the cinnamon stick and pour the mixture into a punch bowl or pitcher.
  4. Add 1 ounce of rum, taste, and add more rum if desired.
  5. Chill the mixture in the fridge for at least 2 hours or up to 3 days.
  6. Serve neat or over ice in small portions, garnished with grated nutmeg or ground cinnamon as desired.
