Ingredients
- 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup cream of coconut (like Coco Lopez or Goya)
- 1/2 cup evaporated milk
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 1/4 teaspoon grated nutmeg
- 1 to 2 ounces rum
- Grated nutmeg or ground cinnamon for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a large saucepan, combine sweetened condensed milk, cream of coconut, evaporated milk, coconut milk, vanilla extract, cinnamon stick, and grated nutmeg.
- Warm the mixture over medium-high heat until just starting to simmer, then remove from heat, cover, and let infuse for 30 minutes.
- Remove the cinnamon stick and pour the mixture into a punch bowl or pitcher.
- Add 1 ounce of rum, taste, and add more rum if desired.
- Chill the mixture in the fridge for at least 2 hours or up to 3 days.
- Serve neat or over ice in small portions, garnished with grated nutmeg or ground cinnamon as desired.
