Ingredients

  • 1 large egg
  • 2 large egg yolks
  • 3 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1/2 ounce brandy (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons coconut milk, whipped into soft peaks (optional)
  • Pinch of grated nutmeg

Instructions
