Ingredients

  • 1 lime wedge
  • A pinch of coarse salt or coarse sugar
  • 2 oz frozen limeade concentrate
  • 3/4 cup orange juice
  • 2/3 cup unsweetened grapefruit juice
  • 25-30 small ice cubes
  • Lemon or lime slices for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Optionally, rub the rim of a margarita glass with the lime wedge, then dip the rim into a shallow dish of coarse salt or sugar and shake off excess. Set aside.
  2. In a blender, combine the limeade concentrate, orange juice, and grapefruit juice. Cover and blend until smooth.
  3. With the blender running, gradually add ice cubes through the lid hole, blending until slushy.
  4. Pour the mixture into the prepared margarita glass.
  5. Optionally, garnish with citrus slices before serving.
