Ingredients
- 2 oz gin (Caorunn recommended)
- 3/4 oz Aperol
- 3/4 oz Carpano Antica Formula sweet vermouth
- 3 drops Bittermens hopped grapefruit bitters
- A pinch of salt
- Garnish: orange peel
- Garnish: grapefruit peel
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients to a blender with a handful of crushed ice.
- Blend until the mixture is smooth and well-combined.
- Pour the blended cocktail into a double rocks glass.
- Garnish with one peel each of orange and grapefruit, placed in the shape of an X to honor Scotland's flag.
