Ingredients

  • 1.50 oz Gin
  • 1 oz Cherry liqueur
  • 1 oz lemon juice
  • 1 oz egg white
  • 0.50 oz sugar syrup
  • 5 cherries (fresh or frozen) + extra for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a shaker, muddle the cherries to extract the juice.
  2. Add all the ingredients except for the egg white to the shaker.
  3. If the egg white is not separated, do so away from the shaker to avoid getting any yolk in the drink. Add the egg white to the shaker.
  4. Dry shake (shake with no ice) for about 20 seconds, then add ice to the shaker.
  5. Shake for another 20 seconds to create a foamy texture.
  6. Strain the mixture into a glass and garnish with cherries. Enjoy!
