Ingredients
- 5 oz strong black coffee
- 0.80 oz coffee liqueur
- 0.80 oz dark rum
- 1 tsp golden caster sugar
- ice
- 0.80 oz double cream
- 1 coffee bean
Instructions
- Pour the strong black coffee into a heatproof glass or mug.
- Stir in the coffee liqueur, dark rum, and golden caster sugar until the sugar has dissolved.
- Place a handful of ice in a cocktail shaker and add the double cream.
- Shake the shaker a few times until the outside feels a little frosty.
- Slowly strain the shaken cream on top of the liqueur coffee, using a bar spoon or pouring over the back of a teaspoon to ensure the cream floats.
- Garnish with a coffee bean and serve.
