Ingredients

  • 2 sprigs of mint
  • 1 1/2 ounces St. George Terroir Gin
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons honey
  • 5 ice cubes
  • 4 ounces club soda

Instructions

  1. Lightly muddle the mint leaves in a cocktail shaker.
  2. Add the gin, honey, and 2 ice cubes to the shaker.
  3. Shake well and strain into a cocktail glass.
  4. Add the club soda and the remaining ice cubes.
