Ingredients

  • 2 tbs whipped cream
  • 1 tsp cocoa powder
  • 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream
  • 1 oz bourbon
  • 6-8 oz cold brew iced coffee
  • 2 tsp sugar

Instructions

  1. Allow the ice cream to soften for 15-20 minutes at room temperature.
  2. In a blender, combine the iced coffee, bourbon, and sugar. Blend for a few seconds.
  3. Add the softened ice cream to the blender and blend until smooth.
