Ingredients
- 2 oz The Botanist gin
- 1 oz Lemon juice
- 1 oz Rosemary syrup
- 0.50 oz Egg white
- 1 Rosemary stem
Instructions
- Combine The Botanist gin, lemon juice, rosemary syrup, and egg white in a shaker.
- Dry shake the ingredients to emulsify the egg.
- Add ice to the shaker.
- Shake well and strain the mixture into a glass using a fine strainer.
