Ingredients

  • 2 ounces vodka
  • 1 ounce Kahlua
  • 1 ounce brewed espresso (cooled)
  • 1/2 ounce simple syrup
  • 3 coffee beans for garnish

Instructions

  1. Brew the espresso using an espresso machine, Nespresso machine, or buy espresso from a local coffee shop. Cool and set aside.
  2. In a cocktail shaker, combine the cooled espresso, vodka, Kahlua, and simple syrup with ice.
  3. Shake vigorously until well mixed and a foam has formed.
  4. Immediately strain the espresso martini into a cocktail glass.
  5. Dust with espresso powder and garnish with coffee beans.
