Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 2 oz sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 1/3 oz Irish whiskey (Jameson recommended)
  • 3/4 tsp chocolate syrup
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp instant coffee granules

Instructions

  1. Dissolve the instant coffee granules in a little whiskey.
  2. In a blender, combine the heavy cream, sweetened condensed milk, Irish whiskey, chocolate syrup, vanilla extract, and instant coffee mixture.
  3. Blend on low/medium for 20 to 30 seconds.
  4. Store the Baileys in a tightly sealed glass container in the refrigerator.
  5. Shake well before serving.
