Ingredients

  • 0.75 cups crushed ice
  • 3 oz bourbon
  • 1.50 cups peach ice cream
  • 8 oz chopped, peeled ripe peaches
  • 4 dashes peach bitters
  • Pinch of salt
  • Mint sprigs for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Chill two rocks glasses.
  2. In a blender, combine crushed ice, bourbon, peach ice cream, chopped peaches, peach bitters, and a pinch of salt.
