Ingredients
- 2 oz bourbon whiskey
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 2 dashes angostura bitters
- 1 oz cinnamon simple syrup
- 2 oz apple cider
- 1 egg white
Instructions
- In a small saucepan, bring water, sugar, and cinnamon sticks to a boil, then simmer until a syrup forms.
- Let the syrup cool to room temperature and then refrigerate until cold.
- In a cocktail shaker, combine all ingredients except the egg white.
