Ingredients

  • 2 oz bourbon whiskey
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 2 dashes angostura bitters
  • 1 oz cinnamon simple syrup
  • 2 oz apple cider
  • 1 egg white

Instructions

  1. In a small saucepan, bring water, sugar, and cinnamon sticks to a boil, then simmer until a syrup forms.
  2. Let the syrup cool to room temperature and then refrigerate until cold.
  3. In a cocktail shaker, combine all ingredients except the egg white.
